Public Forum: There will be a public forum starting at 7 pm and lasting for up to 30 minutes when members of the public may ask questions or make short statements on items relating to the agenda below to the Council.

22/23-209 Co Option.   To receive, consider and resolve application of the casual vacancy on the Parish Council.

a) Amenities – To receive report
Resolution:  To consider and resolve expenditure for signage and way markers for the permissive path up to £1000.
 
b) Cemetery – To receive report 
Resolution: To receive, consider and resolve quotations to straighten headstone which is unsafe in the old part of the cemetery.     
Resolution: To consider and resolve the purchase of a weed torch burner              
 
c) Events 
i) Kings Coronation Event.  To receive, consider and resolve expenditure for event presented by the Events working group.
 
ii) Langtoft Coronation Celebration 2023 (usually called Langtoft Festival but for 1 year only, title change!)  would like to ask if it would be possible to hire or borrow the 2 parish councils marquees for the event.  The marquees will be insured against damage should this be allowed. Cllr. Jarman.
 
d) Grapevine Magazine.  Update on next edition.
 
e) East End Park Pond Project – To receive report.
 
f) Village Hall – Cllr. Halfhide to report update from meeting.
