Planning
Applications received since last meeting and any updates of existing planning.
- S25/ 2450 Ashwood Homes proposal for 49 new homes off East End. It was agreed at the last meeting to vote on the submission response via email as the deadline for this planning application response was before our next parish council meeting and we could not get an extension to our next pc meeting on 24 February. Responses were:
- Support = 0 votes Object = 1 vote neutral = 8 votes
- There were 2 versions of the response submission proposed for submission. The one submitted received 6 votes in favour and the second received 3 votes. The clerk reported that she had submitted the response on this basis to the SKDC Planning portal.
