DRAFT: Minutes of an Extra Ordinary Parish Council Meeting held on
29th July 2021 at 4pm at East End Park, Langtoft
Present: Cllrs. Andy Halfhide (Chair), Andy Hallam (Vice Chair) Brian Branch, Steve Valentine and Liz Jarman and Sarah Gresty (Parish Clerk)
Agenda
21/22-67 Chairman’s Welcome. Cllr Andy Halfhide opened the meeting at 16:28.
In view of conversations held between 4 residents and the Chairman prior to the meeting, it was proposed by Cllr. Andy Hallam and Seconded by Brian Branch that the meeting be deferred.
21/22-68 Apologies: Cllr. Yvonne McCulloch and Debbie Hallam
21/22-69 Resolution To purchase a “Cornilleau” outdoor table tennis table to be located on the safer surface near the see saw at EEP. The cost is £1457.50 ex VAT (£1,749 Inclusive) delivered. With additional installation costs of approximately £150. Recommendation received from The Amenities group meeting 12 July 2021.
The amenities group will fit the table when it arrives.
ITEM DEFERRED TO Parish Council meeting scheduled for 29 August 2021.
