Apologies were received from Richard Carter, Liz Jarman and Kevin Payne.
These apologies were unanimously accepted

26/27 – 20 Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR) 2025/26
a) To receive and note the Internal Auditor Report for 2025/26
b) To review and approve the Annual Governance Statement 2025/26 (Section
1 of AGAR)
c) To review and approve the Accounting Statements 2025/26 (Section 2 of
AGAR)
d) To approve the dates for the Exercise of Public Rights in accordance with
statutory requirements
e) To authorise the Chairman and Clerk/RFO to sign the relevant AGAR
documentation and submit to the external auditor
Proposed by Cllr. Tatam, Seconded by Cllr. Scott and unanimously in favour-RESOLVED
There being no other business, the meeting closed at 7.15pm
