a)County and District Councillors

District Councillors Vanessa Smith’s report had been received and circulated prior to the meeting.  A question was asked if SKDC supported Devolution.   SKDC are not supportive of this for various reasons mainly due to the large geographically area of Lincolnshire and the possibility that funds would not be evenly spread to the south of the county.
